Establishment of the company's trade representative office
The representative office is organised for promotional purposes, no business activities are required, so no reporting is required. Requirements for the company: form of organisation not lower than LLC, has been in existence for at least two years, turnover from € 250,000 for the last 2 years.
Residence permit for pensioners
For pensioners who can demonstrate their pensioner status and savings. The programme is also valid for those eligible for early retirement.

Submit application
Our experts prepare and submit your documents
Our expert processing team completes immigration forms for the main applicant and any dependent family members, and will submit these along with all supporting documents. As part of your application, you will be required to visit Bulgaria a total of 3 times for interviews and biometrics submissions (our staff are available to accompany you during your visits).
Make your selected investment
Upon approval
Once your application has been approved you will be required to pay all government fees and make the relevant investment under your chosen option.You will be required to hold your investments for a minimum of 5 years (2 years if using the fast-track option).
Apply for citizenship
Receive your citizenship and collect passport
After your application is approved, you will be issued with a Bulgarian residence permit within 4-6 months. After fulfilling the investment holding requirement of 5 years (2 years if making use of the fast-track option) you will be able to apply for Bulgarian citizenship and receive your passport.
